Overview

This position is responsible for the design, implementation, architecture, performance, integrity and security of over 30+ production SQL Server databases. Troubleshoots and debugs to identify root cause of database and application failures. DBA's are called upon to provide subject matter expertise when new products or contracts are being considered. Participates/influences on corporate projects and initiatives regarding Database Management.

Responsibilities:

* Define MDM solution architecture and set technical direction, define component architecture, review detailed designs for accuracy and overall compliance to defined architecture
* Model data domains such as Customer
* Analyze and define detailed MDM processes, tasks, data flows, and dependencies
* MDM as a Service
* Review Deliverables and oversee macro and micro Design components
* Verify design of overall Infrastructure and support the build of the environments
* Confirmation and Identification of Non-Functional Requirements
* Review Data Mapping impacts from technical point of view

Ideal Candidate will have the following:

Skills/Experience:

* Strong business and technical background in the area of Master & Reference Data Management
* 10 years of hands on experience with multiple data technologies and processes such as data architecture, data integration, data modeling, MDM and data quality.
* 5+ years MDM development, administration and integrations experience (Reltio preferred)
* 5+ years in data consolidation (BI and / or MDM) and implementation developer roles; Ability to analyze sources, design consolidation rules, develop data load routines in batch and real time, cleanse, and merge/de-duplicate
* 3+ years technical knowledge on data architecture and data integration
* 3+ years direct experience in MDM analysis, design, development, support and operations with a leading MDM tool suite (Reltio preferred)
* Awareness of MDM trends, MDM concepts and other tools in the market
* Able to review designs independently, lead code reviews and ensure quality throughout the life of each project
* Hands on and expert on data analysis within and outside data warehouse, data consolidation, or data management / governance
* Ability to manage day-to-day interactions effectively and relationships with a diverse group of colleagues
* Demonstrate strong communication, analytical and organizational skills
