PURPOSE STATEMENT

Manage high-profile technical support for headquarter offices (Irvine & Plano) as well as executives and home office personnel, which includes managing all hardware and assets associated. Manage the agent WAH program technical support. Manage technical support of remote sites that do not staff EUS teams.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Job Functions:

* Manager over executive support teams in Irvine, Plano & other corporate back office sites
* Manager over the team supporting all Work from Home (aka Home Office) of nearly 1,000 people
* Manager over the laptop deployment program for all of N America, including procurement of assets
* Manager over the agent WAH program as is it now and key involvement in WAH 2.0 rollout

Key Job Responsibilities:

* Key liaison for all executive admins as well as executive escalations; oversees all technical activity in headquarter offices for executive meetings, including travel as requested.
* Provides remote support team management for the Alorica back-office sites where EUS is not located.
* Manages the team who supports the home office personnel, maintain the laptop depot, laptop inventory, laptop images/updates, laptop security, and laptop reclamation process.
* Manages the team who supports the agent work-from-home program for clients such as Verizon, NY Times, and is an active participant and advisor on the technical requirements for the new WAH 2.0 service offering.
* Key contributor in suggesting improvements for the team in process, procedure, standardization, consolidation and documenting such improvements.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related work experience (Required)

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification/or meets pre-certification requirements required.
