Introduction

Your Role and Responsibilities

Managing Consultant- Security, IBM Corporation, Armonk, NY and various unanticipated client sites throughout the US: Act as senior security advisor at the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) level and advise on current security portfolio and improvements to achieve compliance with applicable organizational, legal, regulatory and industrial requirements; Conduct comprehensive information security assessments; Conduct gaping to multiple standards and frameworks including Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard & formulate security roadmaps to bridge existing gaps; Manage security programs and projects along with scope, time, acceptable delivery, finances and resources; Solution client's security requirement - respond to RFP's; Manage Security Product and Secure software delivery life cycles; Manage delivery and operations of security services; Manage client reporting on security metrics and compliance; Utilize Project Management Methodology, Cyber Security Compliance Management Methodology, CASB (Cloud Access Service Broker), DLP (Data Loss Prevention), Bluecoat and Microsoft Project Professional. Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related (employer will accept three (3) years of post-secondary study plus one (1) year of IT experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree) and two (2) years of experience as a Security & Privacy manager or related. Two (2) years of experience must include utilizing Project Management Methodology, Cyber Security Compliance Management Methodology, CASB (Cloud Access Service Broker), DLP (Data Loss Prevention), Bluecoat and Microsoft Project Professional.
