Workday EPM Report Developer, Manager

Deloitte's Emerging ERP Solutions practice works closely with clients across a wide spectrum of industries to identify and implement SaaS based Enterprise Resource Planning systems such as Workday Financials, or Infor packages, as well as Enterprise Performance Management software like Adaptive Insights. Our team's goal is to deliver transformational solutions optimized for our client's unique business needs.

Work you'll do

A Manager at Deloitte will manage and deliver EPM Reporting for Workday SaaS ERP engagements. Key responsibilities will include:

* Manage teams in the identification of technical requirements, design, testing, training, defining support procedures.
* Design, Build, Implement, and Support New and Existing Reporting Solutions across Multiple Applications Platform
* Lead Projects across Multiple Environments
* Collaborate with Global Cross-Functional Teams spread across diverse time zones
* Communicate conversion Solutions across Product, Business, QA, DevOps, Partner Development Organizations
* Formulate planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting strategies.
* Manage resources and budget on client projects.
* Assist and drive the team by providing oversight.

Minimum Qualifications

Required:

* 6+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience
* 2+ years of experience leading EPM Reporting workstreams or small teams
* 6+ years of Financial reporting and dashboard creation
* 6+ years managing projects from Requirements to Implementation
* Working knowledge of Financial Reports
* Expert understanding of foreign currency calculations
* Experience with financial systems and procedures, verification of data and solid understanding of financial statements and concepts
* Expert understanding of multi-dimensional data modeling
* Knowledge of accounting and financial practices and procedures
* Able to develop the reports independently based on the business requirements
* Willingness for weekly client-based travel, up to 80-100% (Monday - Thursday/Friday)
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience

Preferred:

* Experience within Workday or similar SaaS based ERP packages
* Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve problems and ability to effectively apply a broad range of professional concepts, practices and methods in diverse circumstances
* Experience with Hyperion Essbase, SmartView, Dodeca and Hyperion Financial Reporting a plus
* Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business or related field
* Excellent Excel skills
