KPMG is currently seeking a Manager to join our Denver Ignition Practice.

Responsibilities:

* Work with tax business teams to identify anomalies, trends and derive insights in large volumes of data to support tax planning, benchmarking and other initiatives
* Design, develop and maintain structured and semi-structured databases
* Perform explanatory data analyses, generate and test working hypotheses, prepare and analyze historical data and identify patterns and communicate findings via visualization tools
* Work effectively with various technology groups, clients and tax domain experts

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or foreign equivalent (Master's degree preferred) in engineering, computer science, information systems, management information systems or related fields
* Digital and/or interactive graphics, data visualization, data mining and data analysis
* SQL data/Excel manipulation and querying skills
* Expert in Database development using SQL Server or other Relational Dbs.
* Knowledge Big Data tools and Spark is a huge plus
* Dashboard creation and design highlighting key performance indicators
