Job Description

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager, Strategy and Analytics, Analytics and Cognitive in Chicago, IL and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do

Implement customized dashboards and reports integrated with multiple peripheral systems using Oracle Analytics on-premise and cloud platform. Identify project or delivery related issues, analyze issues and risks for each engagement, and report to stakeholders on key metrics. Lead design workshops, the requirement gathering phase of projects, and develop solution architecture. Ensure deliverables are met on time and review budget, resourcing, and quality of projects. Oversee the engagement team, including effort estimations for the entire implementation cycle of projects. Supervise and control the work of other supervisory, professional, or managerial employees, and manage a Cloud Transition Program within the Analytics and Cognitive practice. Lead global pre-sales engagement and pursuit teams across various industries. Engage in client interactions and be the face of the engagement team with client stakeholders.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any), CIS, MIS or a related field.


* Five years of progressively responsible experience in the offered position or a related occupation.


* Must have five years of experience with:
* Working across all phases of the Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid SDLCs for the design, development and implementation of ETL, data warehousing and analytics solutions for enterprise-level clients across a variety of sectors;


* Working with data models and data warehousing implementations to build executive reports and dashboards using Informatica, OBIEE, OBIA, ODI, Tableau, SSIS, Data Visualization, DAC, Teradata Database, TOAD, OAC and OTBI;


* Leading and coordinating the activities of cross-functional and cross-technical onshore and offshore teams, vendor resources and stakeholders for the timely delivery of engagement deliverables using MS Project Plan, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel;


* Implementing and designing multiple Analytics modules, including Retail, Finance, Procure to Spend, Manufacturing, Projects, Franchise Management, HR and Supply Chain Order Management;


* Leading multiple custom data warehousing implementations using multiple sources, including MOVEX, EBS, PeopleSoft, SAP and mainframe applications;


* Creating technical and functional design documents across multiple reporting platforms, including OBI and BI Publisher;


* Providing estimation and resource planning forecasts for custom implementation projects;


* Executing solution deployments before and after cutover.




* In the alternative, employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in a stated field and three years of experience.

* 80% travel required.
