Manager, Software Engineering - Fraud Intelligence Program

Overview

* The Fraud Intelligence Program builds services that collect, manage and report data so that we can help prevent fraud earlier.
* We provide business solutions to help our customers use data science to combat fraud at many levels
* The Fraud Intelligence Program Software Engineering manager will have deep technical skills to lead a delivery team in one of our fraud detection and prevention services

Role

* Architecting and developing a high level approach to new and in-flight initiatives
* Partnering with business and other technology teams to set technical strategy
* Providing direction to technical leads on projects in work and reviewing detailed designs
* Mentor other technical resources and assisting in evaluating candidates for new positions
* Innovating new approaches to meet business needs, lower costs, and improve agility
* Planning new efforts

All About You

* Deep knowledge of software development processes including agile processes and test driven development
* A wide breadth and depth of technical experience including Java/JEE and Linux/Solaris
* Experience architecting and providing technical leadership to large and complex systems
* Strong verbal and written communication skills

Desirable Knowledge/Experience

* Database experience including Hadoop, Oracle and advanced SQL
