Responsibilities
* Manage the technology enablement and evolution for OD systems, including scoping and discovery to onboard new OD systems
* Establish continuous improvement cycle for system improvements, utilizing agile methodologies
* Partner with Sr Manager to establish strategic roadmap for OD systems
* Manage OD vendor relationsips
* Manage IT security portfolio for OD systems
* Develop new innovative approaches to systems and programs
* Partner closely with internal and external partners for system and process alignment and coordination
* Manage one or more direct reports
* Minimal travel needed
* May need to work weekends and outside regular business hours as business need require
* Other related tasks as needed
