Job Description

Position Summary:

* Active participation in Contributing to Veeva CRM Core functionalities such as Account Management, Call Planning and Reporting, Sample Management, Basic Field Analytics, Territory Management, Calendar Management, Mobile Detail Aid
* Provides information for performance monitoring for Veeva CRM, Veeva- PromoMats, Integration with Syeneos systems , Knipper & 3PL logistic processes and Daily status reports
* Work with Business Unit Heads and Brand leads to understand business needs Co-ordinate and provide effective efficient solutions utilizing Veeva Vault CLM, Approved Email and Veeva Engage
* Participate in Defining and develop full SOPs on the process
* Support day to day issues related to Applications that Users report & orient end users to related applications

Key Responsibilities:

* Provides primary user support for Veeva CRM, Veeva - PromoMats, Integration with Syeneos systems, Knipper & 3PL logistic processes in consultation with respective vendors
* Defines and implements Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA), as applicable
* Monitor interface process on daily basis
* Implements corrective actions for escalated problems affecting applications
* Execute scheduled or unscheduled tasks relating to operational maintenance and monitoring of applications
* Builds changes as per approved Change Requests (CR), tests change builds, and documents test results
* Builds and tests release packages, and documents test results
* Monitor & Manage Deployments release in production and disaster recovery environment, and performs post-release checks
* Responsible in co-ordination, for maintaining system documentation and user manuals
* Build and circulate a Daily Status Report to the Functional team
* Performs periodic advanced analytics solutions to deliver insights directly to field sales users
* Contributing to Veeva CRM Core functionalities such as Account Management, Call Planning and Reporting, Sample Management, Basic Field Analytics, Territory Management, Calendar Management, Mobile Detail Aid
* Use a validated mini-inventory management system to receive sample shipments, Supports
* Inventory reconciliation and review inventory levels
* Responsible for developing and maintaining documentation and QC process around application development, dashboards, reports, and any other functional areas as required
* Provides information for performance monitoring for Veeva CRM, Veeva- PromoMats, Integration with Syeneos systems, Knipper & 3PL logistic processes and Daily status reports
* Integrate appointments with corporate office tools (Microsoft Outlook and others)
* Veeva Vault report building to export and support offline excel tools and spreadsheets, with extensive formulas, macros and template versions
* Assist with internal and external audits including compliance

Education:

* Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Software Engineering, or related discipline or 10+ years of experience in the field

Experience:

* Veeva Vault experience required with 5+ years Veeva Vault & Veeva CRM / Salesforce.com Administrator experience
* 5+ years Experience in the biotech / pharma space with implementation and support of IT projects
* Experience in managing vendors and external business partners

Skills:

* Able to work self-supported (to produce documents and take action independently, with low level supervision)
* Possess knowledge on analyzing reports & usage of related reporting tools
* Good Interpersonal skills
* Good Communication Skills
* Quick learner
* Ability to work under pressure
* Salesforce.com Administration Certification
* Veeva Certification (Nice to have)
