Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Lead the daily activities of the integration team for implementations, GIS development and monitoring, solution scoping requirements and statement of work preparation and troubleshooting and resolving of escalated support issues, and training.
* Assign new work as required based on team capacity, project priority, skill set needed.
* Negotiate with internal stakeholders on the planning of upcoming work to ensure the most effective use of resources is utilized.
* Review, prioritize and track the assignment, status and completion of partner related integration work.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders on all aspects of integration development required to meet current and new functionality requirements.
* Plan the reduction of legacy integration processors, systems and tools to maintain current functionality for integration.
* Develop and maintain relationships with trading partner peers, key internal stakeholders.
* Assists or leads business development opportunities.
* Manages integration implementation execution so that:
* Project deliverables are of a high quality and meet the expectations of the stakeholders.
* Projects are delivered on schedule and in the most efficient manner possible.
* Project deliverables are deployed, monitored during post production, and turned over to the client and internal technical support smoothly and efficiently.
* iTradenetwork policies, standards and best practices are adhered to.


* Prepares regular management status reports on the team's workload, progress, backlog, including monitoring escalated integration issues.
* Identifies project staffing needs and assists in the formation of effective professional services teams.
* Assigns tasks to integration staff in a manner that optimizes team performance.
* Lead the continuous improvement of solution documentation including integration specifications, knowledge base articles, troubleshooting guides, runbooks and decision tree articles
* Contribute to the development of world class process and procedures for performing the systems engineering function, including tracking work, issues and status across the organization.
* Proactively detects and evaluates issues/risks.
* Manages integration teams - tracks performance, provides feedback, and motivates team.
* Provides guidance to implementations on best practices and standards to utilize.
* Ability to manage multiple implementations concurrently.
* Other duties as necessary.
