KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Implementation Operations Lead to join our Global Information Technology organization.

Responsibilities:

* Fulfill the technical requirements and platform capacity, in collaboration with the API Gateway integration team
* Work with the vendor support teams on maintaining and supporting the inventory of servers, licenses and regional environments managed by the Connected Enterprise team
* Help enable automation techniques for day-to-day system development and maintenance, deploying simple solutions quick and develop frameworks for templates and rapid setup
* Improve existing platform capacity and performance management processes
* Provide platform KPIs and reports, demonstrating health and performance
* Manage the daily activities associated with providing operational services 24 x 7 to the organization globally

Qualifications:

* Minimum of three years' experience with release and configuration management in an enterprise environment, as well as, working with IDM technologies such as API gateways, Office 365, directory services, IDM tools - preferably in a global environment
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
* Strong technical aptitude with the ability to break down complex issues and develop root cause analysis and solutions
* Demonstrated experience with web service security including digital certificates (client and server), mutual-authentication, SSL, WS is preferred
* Prior working experience and knowledge of API Gateway product Layer7, or other similar tools / capabilities is preferred
* Experience with common Unix/Linux utilities, diagnostics, and monitoring tools is preferred
