Responsible for working with the ED team members to ensure alignment of Enterprise Delivery processes and programs within the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) and directs the team in support of organizational initiatives and objectives. Closely coordinates with the Director, EMPO to ensure appropriate resource management (people, process, technology) accurate and timely project/program reporting, and issue escalation/resolution to department and senior leadership. Support EPMO's efforts to create and sustain a learning environment to advance team skills in the area of information technology, software development lifecycle (SDLC) and delivery methodologies (waterfall, agile, etc.), change management, lean principles and project management excellence within Enterprise Delivery projects.

Provide leadership and drive execution of internal and external projects ensuring scope and alignment are maintained. Work collaboratively and effectively with internal and external leaders and key stakeholders and vendors (as applicable), understanding their needs and challenges, formulating creative options, and implementing solutions that will meet the needs of all partners while maintaining accountability for project/program execution.

Work successfully in a highly matrixed environment with multiple partner organizations and project resources. Responsible for overseeing and driving the development and implementation of enterprise level projects in collaboration with stakeholders including PriMed Management, Hill Physicians, internal business partners, vendors, and others as applicable. Manage highly visible, cross-functional, cross-organizational and complex projects. Work across all functional areas of the organization as well as with key business partners to define and manage the execution of programs and projects for PriMed.

Job Responsibilities

* Provide clear, focused leadership and direction to a team of business and technical, internal and external resources with or without direct reporting relationship and provide direct oversight of team and program plan execution. May also contract and manage staff and consultants supporting projects and programs.
* Coordinate and oversee team member workloads, and make adjustments as needed to maintain optimal team performance and productivity. Support a positive work environment, mentoring and motivating staff and fostering teamwork by providing guidance and supervision to the team.
* Working with stakeholders and partners from all organizations involved, clarify project/program goals and objectives, scope, expected outcomes and resource needs and translate to detailed program and project plans. Identify potential synergies and efficiencies across EPMO projects and programs for execution.
* Execute complex, multi-organization project plans ensuring leadership is aware of progress, barriers and risks to ensure achievement of business objectives and priorities.
* Identify and manage key reporting, analytic, and communication requirements across internal and external departments and to senior leadership and assure management of all success process and outcome measures (metrics). Manage project/program level budget and resources in collaboration with budget owner/project sponsor.
* Develop and maintain a repository for enterprise delivery communications including process and project artifacts, work products, tracking logs, and reporting tools to communicate status, risks and deliverables.

Required Experience

* Minimum 10 years of industry experience leading large complex projects with internal and external stakeholders
* 7-10 years of experience directly managing diverse and highly-skilled team members
* 8 years of experience managing highly-skilled project teams
* 7-10 years of experience managing external client relationships (e.g., sponsors, stakeholders, business partner, vendors, etc.)
* Experience working with cross functional teams while handling multiple projects simultaneously
* Ability to breakdown complex problems into manageable goals and objectives
* Applied strategic thinking, planning and problem solving skills in an enterprise ecosystem
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
* Expert level group facilitation and presentation skills
* Ability to collaborate across diverse teams
* Results-oriented
* Self-directed
* Demonstrated effectiveness with written and oral communications
* Agile and adaptable
* Outstanding interpersonal skills

Additional Experience

* 3 years of experience in a health care domain
* Highly developed critical thinking and "soft skills"
* Experience in a strategic consultative role
* Project Management Institute PMP Certification or similar (e.g. PgMP, PfMP, CAPM)
* Direct experience with change management methodology, communication strategy and training methodology
* Process improvement using formal methodology (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)

Required Education

* Graduate degree in healthcare related field or equivalent experience
