Team Lead, Consulting Services

Services | EAST, WEST, CENTRAL

Reporting to a Business Consulting Manager, a consulting services team lead is responsible for setting the tone for their consulting services team and strives for quality and excellence in all aspects of consulting and customer delight.

Main Responsibilities are:

* Manage, coach and retain a team (4-6) of high performing Business Consultants working across multiple clients. Focused on customer delight and adoption of the Sprinklr Platform
* Assist and guide team with goal setting and career pathing, working with management team to determine skill gaps across the team.
* Conduct bi-weekly 1 on 1 sessions with all team members.
* Serve as first internal escalation point for consultant issues.
* On boarding new resources within team leads region.
* Maintain 65-70% UTE on billable client work
* Maintain high level of service with their existing client base
* Help drive best practices for Business Consulting group in conjunction with other Team Leads and services management.
* Provide resource updates to Management.

Desired Skills and Experience

* Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire people who also has the ability to motivate and focus a team and to develop individuals.
* 2 years Prior lead experience in high paced SAAS, Technology, or Marketing environment.
* People Management experience a plus


* 1-3 years of experience in enterprise software deployment management and/or implementation.
* Proven ability juggle several assignments simultaneously and with success.
* 4-year college degree (minimum)
