Job Description

At Disney, we're storytellers. We make the impossible, possible. We do this through utilizing and developing cutting-edge technology and pushing the envelope to bring stories to life through our movies, products, interactive games, parks and resorts, and media networks. Now is your chance to join our talented team that delivers unparalleled creative content to audiences around the world.

The Manager, Connected Experiences role is a combination of product management, business analyst, and project management. Leading both previously identified projects as well as identifying new opportunities, the manager will gather teams from across HR Workforce Technology, Enterprise Technology and the segments to provide both requirements and development/operational support.

The Manager acts as product/project lead for internal partners, including acting as the day-to-day contact, leading business analysis and project management. In some cases, the manager will be the product owner, leading the overall vision, roadmap, requirements and features for a given solution. Alternatively, the manager may support a product manager elsewhere and provide digital media strategy guidance and technical project management.

This role will establish lasting relationships with internal teams and help them define project initiatives and long-term digital media strategy. This individual will lead the project interface between the HR Workforce Technology teams (including the UX and Usability teams in Connected Experiences), various Enterprise Technology teams, internal business units/COEs, and third-party vendors.
