Responsibilities

* Lead/execute functional solutioning, design, build, testing and deployment of Service and Repairs, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) modules and enhancements.
* Work with the Service and Repairs & Manufacturing Process Teams to develop the optimized processes and standards, define and validate the Oracle solution and provide guidance and support to the business during the deployment and hypercare phases.
* Manage all aspects of above Oracle Module's implementations, including requirements gathering, RICE development, system changes, user training, system testing, and post-implementation hypercare.
* Provide guidance to repairs and maintenance personnel to ensure the correct implementation and use of Oracle R12 solution in repair and maintenance activities within Manufacturing and other integrated process areas.
* Work with the Integra user community to understand current pain points and/or enhancement opportunities, and spearhead the implementation of the appropriate changes/solutions.
* Train the user community in fundamental and advanced Oracle repairs and maintenance subjects.
* Support the installed base of Oracle R12 through resolution of support issues in the Manufacturing and Quality modules.
* Support Integra acquisition integrations by managing the Service and Repairs (S&R) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) module's Oracle implementations per our integration plans.
* Work within the IS team to represent the Repairs and Maintenance aspects of cross-functional projects.
* Continue to advance personal education in advanced Oracle functionality, and bring those advancements to Integra.
* For all implementations and system changes, configure the Service and Repairs (S&R) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) module to deliver the desired Oracle functionality.
* Identify potential problems and recommend alternative solutions; provide functional and configuration changes, analyze impact of different configuration methods in the application.

Leadership:

* Ability to define and communicate business issues, with experience building close relationships and engaging senior management.
* Work with senior management to gather and evaluate business requirements through planned meetings, user-group work sessions, and individual interviews. Coordinate potential solution reviews with clients and provide ongoing feedback on selected solution's implementation status and timeline.
* Drive global design decisions and final standards to consensus
* Propose recommendations to streamline core business processes, minimizing complexity, training effort and data duplication. Create and maintain mappings of current and future business process flowcharts.
* Work in cross-functional teams and provide valuable input.B

Business Analysis

* Analyzes, documents, and communicates business requirements and gap analysis with key business and technical leads to develop a total business solution.
* Suggests areas of improvement on existing processes, systems, and workflows in current business processes. Maps complex business processes including control points, key data and reporting elements, process training documentation, and system interfaces.
* Attends technical reviews to ensure project goals are maintained throughout the project.
* Creates and maintains complex end-to-end business test case scenarios, verifying current process and transaction integrity while ensuring new requirements are tested thoroughly.
* Investigates the effect of proposed system changes on the global business environment. Verifies all changes are thoroughly reviewed for business impact and the appropriate documentation and training have been successfully completed prior to transition from test to a production environment.

PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE:

* Hands on Experience in Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 with strong knowledge of Oracle E-Business Architecture and technical aspects of Oracle Applications
* Wide range of experience with a variety of manufacturing and quality systems
* In-depth Oracle functionality knowledge
* In-depth knowledge of Oracle modules that interact with manufacturing/quality and understanding of data flow across the modules. The position requires 25% travel - domestic and international.

Qualifications

* 10+ years experience with Oracle ERP
* Ability to configure Oracle modules.
* Bachelor degree in a related field.
* Graduate degree preferred.
* 5+ years experience in project management.
* Strong hands on techno functional knowledge of Oracle Applications.
