Responsibilities

▶About the opportunity

The Maintenance Specialist will act as the Subject Matter Expert for day-to-day Facilities Maintenance activities and back office procedures. This includes invoice reviews and approvals, reviewing and updating standard repair costs, invoice disputes, and assisting stakeholders with questions. Position may specialize in single or multiple lines of business (HVAC, Fuels, Refridgeration, Food Service Equipment, Car Wash etc.).

Leverages industry experience to review and approve invoices submitted by external service providers. Review, analyze and make reccomendations for updates to standard repair costs (NTE). Working knowledge of common repairs, duration, and average cost based off expeperiance. Review, approve or deny Franchisee invoice disputes based on the standard maintenance agreement and historical data. Ability to interpret contract charge matrix by equipment type. Work with business and external stakeholders to answer questions and create processes within their specialized line of business.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelors/4 Yr Degree Experience: 4+ Years, Facilitites/Maintenance field experience, with a focus on fuel or retail. Utilize maintenance field experience to review and approve invoicing. Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver concise, detail oriented written communications to service providers and key stakeholders, both internal, and external. Combine industry knowledge and analytical analysis of costs trends by line of business for constant improvement and cost saving efforts. Must be self-motivated and team orientened while being comfortable navigating the fast pace of retail maintenance. Expirience quickly identifying issues and resolving problems to provide customers with best possible experience.
