Description

SAIC has contingent opportunities for Maintainers to support the Army. This position is contingent upon contract award and will be located in South Korea.

The Maintainer role is to provide support to CENTAUR, CENTAUR sub- systems and CENTAUR components in order to achieve the desired material availability (Am) goal.

* Maintenance: The BICS instruments are high reliability items. However, they require OEM-level support for warranty management and software upgrades


* Performs routine PMCS on all equipment


* Maintains a daily log of maintenance checks and procedures performed


* Installs and networks new and existing equipment


* Services, repairs, reconfigures, and installs CENTAUR systems and subsystems


* Supports existing hardware/software, network configurations, system upgrades and modifications


* Reports timely and accurate operational system deficiencies and statuses


* Performs network troubleshooting


* Communicates with internal and external organizations including customer organizations, sensor OEMs, and engineering staff


* Integrates new and existing components as needed for new or defective equipment



Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma /or equivalent

4+ years working with the military

CBRN experience desired

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT:

Must have an active Secret clearance
