Supports customer logistics requirements through the analysis, organization, planning and administration of various phases of day-to-day provisioning, spares, maintenance and/or repair activities.

The Quoting and Order Entry Group is an essential component to the procurement and order fulfillment process.

* Provide data entry, sourcing, and entry-level procurement support
* Must be familiar with and be able to provide data entry for manual and automated supply systems:
* Processes customer orders into multiple data/order management systems
* Retains files and backup supporting information into a data repository
* Perform quality checks daily to catch data entry mistakes
* Must be able to follow technical written procedures for customer order demands, customer inquiries, and database management
* Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.
* Participates in special projects as required.

Education

Bachelors Degree in a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work/military experience.

Qualifications

At least two (2) years of related sourcing, supply chain and data entry experience required.
