Linux Administrator - Must have Secret Clearance

Job Description

RCG is seeking a Linux Administrator for a full-time position as part of an ongoing contract in Washington DC near Farragut West metro station. RCG is a growing federal contracting company looking for strongly qualified people to help support our clients.

Please note: Due to the secure nature of this government agency, all candidates must be U.S. citizens and hold a current, active clearance, Secret or greater.

Primary Duties:

* Experience with IT Security protection, detection, analysis & response, Group Policy (Active Directory), Scripting (Linux & Windows).
* Systems administration knowledge on operating systems within the RedHat, Solaris, Linux family.
* Provide support for all RedHat Linux and Solaris servers
* Vulnerability Management
* Patch Administration
* Active Directory Administration

Qualifications include:

* Active Secret clearance or higher
* 5+ years in a Linux Administrator position; 3+ on a government contract
* DISA Security Awareness Training Certificate
* Security Certification (CompTIA Security+ and/or CISSP) and Premier Certification (Microsoft MCSA, MCSE, MCITP:EA, MCDBA, and/or VMWare certification, and/or NetAPP SAN Certification, and/or Cisco CCNA)
* Ability to speak, read and write in the English language (fluent)
