The Workday Integration Analyst is part of the Business Solutions team responsible for maintaining a global, enterprise-wide viewpoint, supporting the mission and vision of the organization, while acting in the best interest of both the IT and business department(s).

The role will encompass major components of the project life cycle - from requirements gathering through implementation. He or she will serve to ensure that the delivered solution meets the needs of end users.

This position requires a combination of in-depth functional knowledge of Workday and technical proficiency in cloud solutions integrated with core business systems and HRIS providers. Person works closely with the HRIS Manager and the IT business analyst team. In search of a Workday Integration Developer to primarily develop and maintain data integrations between Workday and other core systems and providers. Position also provides opportunity to expand scope of work beyond Workday integration, by learning and leveraging middleware tools for core system integrations.

General Duties:

* Act as the technical expert in building and maintaining inbound/outbound Workday HCM and Finance integrations to third party vendors including payroll, banks and benefit providers.
* Perform project lifecycle tasks from gathering requirements, design, development, testing and through deployment.
* Partner with business users, especially within HRIS and Finance teams.
* Prepare technical documentation for each phase of the development life cycle.
* Understand and solve system issues involving system dependencies.
* Support end user testing.
* Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
* Ensure compliance with technical best practices, standards and policies.
* Design, build, and test reports in Workday such as Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, Finance, etc.
* Build and maintain calculated fields in Workday.
* Develop and support other systems integrations as opportunities arise.

Job Knowledge/Experience:

* 2+ years functional Workday implementation and support experience.
* 2+ years integrating systems with third-party service vendors.
* 2+ years of experience with Workday Integration types including EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect.
* 2+ years of experience creating Workday custom reports and calculated fields.
* Proficient in XSLT.
* Strong business process definition background.
* Has successfully handled multiple projects simultaneously.
* Workday Studio experience - a plus.

Education:

* Four-year Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
* Workday Certification in Integrations or one of the relevant Workday core competencies - preferred.
* Experience with Mule Soft or Cast Iron middleware - a plus.
