General Duties:

* Answer functional/technical questions regarding Salesforce Sales Cloud, Chatter, and Marketing Cloud
* Support and test interfaces between Salesforce and Oracle EBS
* Optimize and extend Sales Cloud
* Evaluate and Implement Community and Service Cloud
* Create and maintain page layouts, record types, objects, and profiles
* Perform functional testing of modifications
* Research future Salesforce releases and assist in implementation of new functionality
* Work closely with the European-based Life Fitness Salesforce support team
* Create and maintain setup and process documentation
* Perform user maintenance as needed
* Deliver report and dashboard support
* Manage Salesforce account and vendor relationships
* Enhance and support Salesforce1 mobile app
* Design and build workflows, custom objects, validation rules, and email alerts
* Implement and maintain customer and partner communities
* Research, install, and support 3rd party applications
* Represents business systems analyst role on Sales and Marketing related projects
* Supports Oracle EBS quoting tool or equivalent

* Makes recommendations on priorities, design changes, improvements, and problem resolutions.
* Self-motivated, ability to work independently.

Communication:

* Proficient in written communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to communicate and review problem situations and solutions with the business community.
* Effectively communicates business and technical knowledge.
* Proactively provides advice to other professionals on business process and functionality.

Teamwork:

* Understands and supports the mission and vision of the Technology Delivery department.
* Effectively uses teamwork skills to interact and collaborate on alternative approaches to software development issues.
* Positively contributes to a high-morale/high-performance, and team culture, leading by example.
* Works well with and maintains a positive attitude when working with end users and fellow IT team members.

Job Knowledge/Experience:

* Strong Sales and Marketing business process definition background.
* Five-plus years of overall experience configuring and managing Salesforce
* Able to configure and enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community

Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
* Experience with CPQ implementation/support preferred.
* Pardot usage or configuration a plus.
* Experience with Salesforce Data Loader and large data set handling

Education:

* Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or equivalent
* Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
* Salesforce Platform Developer certification a plus
