Job Description

Responsibilities

* Perform preventive maintenance of the digital AV equipment and engage outside and internal venders as necessary
* Perform survey for office moves, equipment and cable installs
* Identify and recommend opportunities to improve and enhance digital platforms to internal and external customers.
* Assist with deployments of new custom creative AV assets
* Support IP systems
* Support Cables boxes
* Support Conference room request
* Assist clients with company-owned and personally-owned PC's/MAC's to connect to network for conferences.
* Assist the A/V Team with new builds and projects
* Review event request with each client and make recommendations accordingly
* Knowledge of Digital Signage using multi-platform interfaces
* Keep management in the loop on all escalations

Qualifications/Requirements

Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional weekends

Self-starter with ability to follow through without supervision

Minimum 5-7 years of experience supporting Windows/ Mac platforms in an enterprise environment

Knowledge of new high-end AV technology (Crestron, TMS, AMX, DVR/Blu-Ray and other Multimedia equipment)

Understanding of Live production a Plus

Knowledge of Video Conference Systems (Cisco, Polycom, Lifesize)

DMC-E certified required (new requirement) for all onboarding techs)

Knowledge of DM configuration and troubleshooting

Knowledge of Crestron toolbox a plus

Knowledge of Crestron programming a plus (SIMPL windows, VT-Pro)

Knowledge of Crestron Fusion a plus

Ability to read and understand floor plans and flow charts, autocad and & visio

Knowledge of the Jerrold system and closet locations a plus

Knowledge of Purchase Manager a plus
