Mastech Digital provides digital and mainstream technology staff as well as Digital Transformation Services for leading American Corporations. We are currently seeking a Learning Technologies Manager for our client in the Professional Services domain. This is a Contract position and the client is looking for someone to start immediately.

Duration: 6 Months Contract

Location: Every Major US City - Chicago, New York, Philadelphia, Dallas, Denver, Boston, Los Angeles, or Seattle

Note: Location: There are offices located in every major US city, must be available to commute to one. Locations include, Chicago, Minneapolis, New York, Boston, Philadelphia, Miami, Tampa, Atlanta, Dallas, Denver, Los Angeles, Seattle, Portland. Many other locations are available.

Role Description: The Learning Technologies Manager would need to have at least 5+ years of experience. In this role, you will be responsible for researching and responding to issue escalations, building or maintaining conference registration websites, and supporting technology projects that contribute to the success of our learning strategy.

Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success as a team leader in the following areas:

* Contributing to the development and implementation of learning technology roadmap priorities in support of business and firm strategic priorities.
* Overseeing the management of a large-scale and complex learning technology ecosystem, including software development, learning management system roadmaps and releases, product lifecycle management.
* Innovative thinking, thorough knowledge of learning technologies, robotic process automation
* Must adhere to the regulatory environment and the compliance standards Learning and Development; and NASBA's CPE requirements.

Skills Preferred:

* Executing custom development efforts with vendors using agile methodologies towards a clearly defined product or solution.
* Leading research initiative efforts and capturing end user feedback using design thinking principles.
* Generating research summaries and process documentation; forecasting outcomes, impact and change requirements from implementation of prospective new platforms, processes and approaches.
* Identifying opportunities for fast-tracking integration of technology and process improvements.
* Participating in learning technology research and implementation within the parameters of NASBA CPE requirements and standards, regulatory environments, and information protection/ security policies.
* Working successfully in a team-based, highly ambiguous environment, leveraging well-developed consultation skills, oral and written communication skills, and a confident presence.
* Building and maintaining collaborative relationships through interpersonal and coaching skills.
* Managing workload across multiple projects and leveraging available resources to ensure priorities are met.
* Consulting effectively and manage in a highly ambiguous environment.
* Strong relationship skills, ability to interface with business leaders to refine and further articulate outcomes/needs.
* Communicating value propositions; preparing or coordinating written and verbal materials for stakeholder (C-suite - level) updates

* 5+ years of training and development experience

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent.
