Responsibilities

Your responsibilities for this Technical/Team Lead position will be to:

* Become the technical expert for a large number of products
* Provide leadership, drive and guidance to a team responsible for testing and automating
* Develop and/or control the development of qualification plans/test specifications/test cases/ sets of regression tests, for new hardware/new and enhanced software releases of applications in an accurate and timely manner
* Develop road maps, test schedules and ensure follow-through so that deadlines for completion are met
* Manage risks/resources/budget/reporting related to assigned projects for GT
* Participate in requirements/design reviews of new products to ensure testability and become acquainted with new products. Gain and maintain expert level for defined platforms/products/flows
* Be able to train and increase team member's level of technical and development knowledge
* Propose and lead the implementation of process improvement efforts
* Supervise test execution and verification/validation phase, follow-up all problems captured/reported; provide input for reports and follow-up change requests
* Propose and lead the development and use of test automation tools.

Qualifications

* University degree in Computer Science or equivalent
* 5 to 8 years of experience within a testing or development environment
* 3 years of experience in testing. Professional knowledge and expertise
* Fluent in English
* Ability to work independently but also in team
* Knowledge of Java language is a must
* Proven coordination skills in a fast changing environment is a must
* Knowledge in SWIFT interfaces (e.g. Access, Integrator, Integration Platform, AMH) is an asset
* Knowledge in testing methodology/risk management is an asset
* Experience with QualityCenter or other Test Management Tools is an asset
* Knowledge of XML and related technologies is an asset
* Testing methodology certification (e.g. ISEB, CAT) is an asset
* Advanced knowledge in Selenium & Robot Framework, scripting languages or other is a plus
* Knowledge of Agile methodology is a plus
