Lead Software Engineer, Manager (iOS)

Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of brilliant, passionate software engineers


* Design and deliver awesome SDKs and apps that touches millions of users


* Drive best practice for automation, continuous integration, and continuous delivery


* Partner with our product, design and business counterparts to shape the future features an innovation


* Actively participate in team agile ceremonies to ensure that all commitments are delivered on time and of the highest quality


* Contribute to inner and open source projects


* Learn new things, share best practices, and improve processes



Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree or military experience


* At least 2 years of experience managing an engineering team


* At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience


* At least 3 years of mobile development for native iOS applications


* At least 2 years of experience with Swift



Preferred Qualifications:

* 4+ years of mobile development for native iOS applications


* 2+ years of experience developing and supporting an app in the App Store


* 2+ years experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies


* Advanced knowledge of design patterns, object-oriented and protocol-oriented design


* A portfolio of open source code
