Position Overview:

The Lead Software Developer will design, code and test applications for the bank. Provides leadership and mentoring to junior developers. Assists Manager in developing technical processes, procedures and architectures.

* Write, modify, and debug software applications
* Enterprise Architecture and design, research and application of new technologies
* Mentoring, training, and performing design / code reviews
* Other duties as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

* At least 5 years of software application development experience
* Good attitude, intelligent, team player, customer service attitude
* Must be proficient in all of the programming languages used by the team currently C#, SQL, HTML, XML, Javascript, Angular JS
* Must have expert coding and design skills, and be familiar with all phases of the SDLC
* Must be able to work well within a team, and with minimal supervision
* Software Development community involvement
* Experience with Agile methodologies prefer
* Experience leading a team
* Diverse programming experience, with multiple languages and platforms
* Experience writing enterprise architecture
