We are currently seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer for our client in the Healthcare domain. Duration: 3+ Months Contract

Location: Chicago, IL

Compensation: $100-$105/Hourly (W2) and $115-$120/Hourly (C2C)

Role Description: The Lead Salesforce Developer would need to have at least 3-5 years of experience. For this role, you must be a Lead Salesforce Developer, who will participate in strategic, program level technical design and status discussions with system integrator leads

You will advise other onshore developers on development code improvements from their experiences with Service or Health Cloud.

Responsibilities:

* Lead/review Salesforce design approaches/impacts with Architecture, DevOps and Testing
* Manage escalations brought up from onshore developers to resolve technical development related conflicts/blockers/dependencies.
* Communicate the overall development delivery by working with the program leadership, developers and scrum masters across teams on the program.
* Participate in technical discussions during backlog refinement sessions, Code reviews.
* Communicate configuration decisions of Salesforce to rest of onshore team members (including configuration vs custom metrics)
* Document alternate options/supporting details on solution design across teams Benefits and Transparency and Member Management.
* Understand the technical insights/environment and architectural decisions that impact stability of the application.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent.
