Twitch IT is searching for a Lead, Salesforce Developer to help our business partners to develop technology solutions that enable their strategic plans. This position will have a direct impact on the productivity of those partners through the trickle down effort of setting best practices across the broader Twitch Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring the quality of deliverables improves across the board, improve the speed and consistency of delivery, and ultimately lower the maintenance and support costs of the software in order to increase productivity of the business users.
* Develop Salesforce applications that are elegant and help solve complex business problems * Work across various teams, business and technical, to understand and realize the needs of our customers * Ruthlessly prioritize development workload against available resources and level-of-impact * Develop and regularly report on success KPI's that measure return on investment of development efforts against improving productivity * Identify enhancements through customer interaction and work directly with them to provide what they need (not just what they want) * Maintain expert level knowledge of Salesforce system architecture and development best practices to scale global implementations across multiple business units * Write maintainable code with extensive test coverage, working in a professional software engineering environment (with source control, dev/stage/prod release cycle, continuous deployment)
