Overview

Amyx is seeking a Lead Mobile Device Manager with excellent communication skills to provide leadership and perform IT Device Management in Rosslyn VA. Our ideal candidate is proactive, thinks through their activities and understands how their work contributes to Amyx and adds value to the client, as well as how their work meets evolving client needs and other emerging requirements at the client. Prior or current work experience at the Department of State is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent listening skills and ask relevant insightful questions in interactions with colleagues and client. The candidate will be able to capture and present ideas articulately and persuasively to colleagues and clients, promote team morale, and enhance productivity

Responsibilities

Work in data center operations, IT infrastructure management, systems engineering or IT program management to Define, organize, manage, and deliver results under multiple projects in the following areas

* Mobile and Portable Asset Management (includes all related sub-tasks)
* Asset and Procurement Support
* Cross-Functional Services
* Project Management
* IT Lifecycle and Operations Management Functions


* Service Support
* Incident Management
* Problem Management



Qualifications

Required:

* Associates
* Supervisory Experience
* Two years of experience in data center operations, IT infrastructure management, and IT asset management environments.
* Secret Clearance
* Cerifications:
* CompTIA Security+



Desired Skills and Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree
