Lead Master Data Management Analyst

Job Description

Unity's Business Systems Team is looking for a Master Data Management Analyst to play a vital role in developing, configuring and supporting the Enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) solution for Unity. This role will advise and enable the business in its ability to utilize the MDM platform to support critical business functions.We're looking for someone who is efficient, collaborative, can dig into the details, and also facilitate a project from inception to launch. Some travel will be expected to Unity offices globally.

Responsibilities

* Ensure quality of master data in key systems as well as development and documentation of processes with other functional data owners to support ongoing maintenance and data integrity
* Partner closely with key Business Stakeholders in defining Data Management requirements
* Provide expertise in architecting, designing and implementing MDM solutions
* Responsible for administration of the Reltio MDM platform
* Interface with business and IT stakeholders to identify issues and develop solutions
* Responsible for full cycle development of MDM solutions
* Analyze and define detailed MDM processes, tasks, data flows, and dependencies
* Develop and implement additional MDM capabilities based on requirements gathered from business units
* Manage and prioritize a request queue for new requests
* Identify and perform tasks within projects with minimal supervision

Requirements

* Demonstrated hands-on MDM experience using tools such as Informatica, Orchestra, Reltio, STIBO, IBM Initiate or SAP MDG including areas of core MDM configuration, service integration framework, and workflow
* Demonstrated experience gathering and analyzing business processes and requirements, converting them to technical specifications
* Demonstrated experience in working collaboratively with business stakeholders
* Demonstrated experience in full life cycle MDM project from functional design to deployment
* Experience with ETL and API tools to integrate data
* Experience with Data Quality tools to profile, cleanse, standardize and enrich data
* Knowledge of Data Governance and familiarity with Data Stewardship activities
* Exposure to a Data Strategy including architecting, design and implementation of an MDM program
* Must be able to visualize, analyze, communicate and solve complex problems, and make disciplined decisions based on available information
* Experience working independently in an extremely fast-paced high-growth team environment

Bonus points

* Experience implementing and supporting Reltio
* Experience with Salesforce, Netsuite and Workday data models
