As a Lead Consultant, you will be an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Location for this position is : Irving,TX.

Qualifications:

Basic

* Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Preferred
* At least 7 years of experience in IT.

Preferred

* At least 2+ years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition,
* Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
* At least 2 years of experience in Client Engagement / Interaction
* Strong Analytical and Communication skills
* Experience with project management
* Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
* Serve as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions, help in creating technology solutions to meet clients business needs.
* Participate and lead the development of client deliverable content. Anticipate client needs and formulate solutions to client issues
* Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform
* Hands-on experience with configurations and customization on Sales and Service clouds. Data migration, Reports and Dashboards
* Requirements Gathering, Converting Requirements to Technical and Functional Design Documents
* Worked in SDLC/ Agile framework, Strong Analytical and design skills, good communication and coordination skills with client and offshore
* Apex, VF Pages and Lightening Framework experience
* Expert with Salesforce Administrative tasks, Deployments and Support during UAT
* Co-ordination with Business stakeholders, Users and offshore technical team.

Plus at least one of the following:

Certified Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Certified Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant

Minimum Technical Skills:

* At least 2 years of experience in Salesforce development (Declarative, Apex Coding, Visual Force) with at least 2 full lifecycle SalesForce.com implementations.
* At least 2 years of experience in Salesforce development and implementations Skills with good command on Apex, Visual force, controllers, triggers, batch processes, APIs and web services.
* At least 2 years of experience in implementing CRM solutions with a minimum of 2 years Salesforce Force.com platform/Sales Cloud/Service Cloud implementations
* At least 2 years of experience in Salesforce Deployment/Packaging effectively using Metadata API, ChangeSet and Ant.
* At least 2 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
* At least 2 years of experience in Design and architecture review.
* At least 2 years of experience in software development life cycle.

The job may entail an extensive amount of travel. The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
