Citizens Financial Group, Inc. (CFG) seeks a Lead Application Developer for its Canton, MA location.

Duties: Lead the development, implementation and support of software components and applications that support business operations. Analyze, design, develop/code, test, implement, and support software enhancements in individual computer applications for business functions. Analyze existing computer applications by interacting with users to define computer system requirements and identify needed software enhancements. Write codes, complete programming, and perform testing and debugging of applications by using current programming languages and technologies. Recommend technical changes in development, maintenance and system standards to support IT infrastructure. Maintain program libraries and technical documentation of the individual applications, and ensure adherence to the established lifecycle methodologies and practices in accordance with project plans.

Qualifications

Requirements: Must have Bachelor's degree in IT or related field and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the position offered or related position. Company will also accept Master's degree in the stated fields and three (3) years of experience in the position offered or related position. Full term of experience must involve working within SQL Server database using DTS/SSIS packages and SSRS reportand/or Oracle database with stored procedures; designing, developing and testing Windows and web applications in .net (VB, C#) with necessary controls to avoid security vulnerabilities following OWASP; working with exception handling and logging, and authentication and authorization mechanisms; and deploying applications on Windows and IIS Server, and configuring app-pools and ports. At least three (3) years of experience must include working with various teams to release and support IT products; coordinating with various teams such as Middleware, ETL, Business User, Testing, and Support teams to define and document technical requirements; and using Visio or related tools to develop end-to-end data flow diagrams. May work remotely up to one (1) day per week
