We are seeking a LAMP Systems Administrator to join our project team in building and implementing enterprise grade software systems. This role will coordinate multiple simultaneous software development project efforts, and define best practices and standards. The ideal candidate will bring a diverse background of software engineering process and development experience.

The LAMP System Administrator is responsible for installing and maintaining the content management system, developing and maintaining an automation engine for the code deployment process, coordinating deployments with the development and infrastructure teams, and supporting integration with other technologies.

Required Qualifications

Responsibilities:

* Install, configure, and maintain open-source Content Management System (e.g. Drupal) and its supporting components
* Perform server patching to ensure compliance with applicable Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs)
* Diagnose and resolve problems in the production environment to minimize impact to mission critical systems
* Coordinate with the development and infrastructure operations teams on O&M and Project related activities
* Assist with the development, management, and subsequent enhancements to the automation engine and scripts associated with the code deployment process
* Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among the team
* Provide on call support for production issues

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline and 5 years of experience. Commensurate experience is accepted in lieu of a 4 year degree
* 3+ years of experience as a Linux Administrator in a LAMP environment
* 1+ years of experience working in an Amazon Web Services (AWS) environment
* 1+ years of experience working with the Git version control system
* Working knowledge of networking hardware, protocols, and theories
* Familiarity with IT security controls and documentation
* Strong communication (written, verbal, interpersonal) skills with the ability to connect with a wide variety of audiences, including clients and team members
* Must be able to obtain a Position of Public Trust Level 5, which includes residency in the United States a minimum of three (3) of the past five (5) years.
