A Day In the Life could include...

If you are ready to roll up your sleeves and get started, here is what you can expect:

* Answering, evaluating and prioritizing service requests received via the IT Helpdesk ticketing system. Ensuring timely resolution of user issues by assigning an appropriate priority and resolution goal.
* Identifying and resolving both PC and Mac software application problems
* Resolving printing and network connectivity issues
* Contacting software and hardware vendors (via voice or online systems) to research issues to figure out and resolve issues
* Perform imaging setup for standard desktop applications
* Perform daily checks to verify system availability
* Test and deploy new software, procedures, installation, conversion and upgrade activities
* Brainstorm with team members to resolve more complex issues and advance difficult issues to IT Manager
* Light domestic travel expect

Qualifications:

Minimum required - Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Other Required:

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a help desk role
* Experience with end-user support, help desk ticketing software, hardware and software upgrades, hardware and software troubleshooting and providing formal/informal technical training is required
* Experience with Microsoft Office 2010 / 2013 / 2016 and Office for Mac 2011 / 2016 and Office is 365
* Experience with Windows 7, 8.1 & 10
* Experience with Mac 10.x
* Experience with Android, iOS, and Windows Mobile devices
* Active Directory and Exchange environment experience
