* Experience working with PC/Mac hardware and computer-based systems, including ghosting, imaging and installing software. * At least 2 years of customer service experience in support of a networked computer environment with a heterogeneous desktop and server environment (UNIX, MS Windows, and Macintosh) * Experience working in a GxP environment. * Flexible team player with excellent interpersonal, communication, problem solving, and documentation skills. * Basic Systems Administration experience (creating user accounts, etc) with systems such as Electronic Laboratory Notebooks, Chromatography Data Systems, NuGenesis SDMS. * Experience working with / or familiarity with lab instrument/software such as Agilent Chemstation, Sciex Analyst, MassLynx, Bruker, Waters Empower, etc. * Working knowledge with 21 CFR Part 11 and computer system validation a plus. * Experience in VB, XML, ColdFusion, JSP, Java, SQL, Toad and Macromedia a plus.
