* Install, configure, troubleshoot and maintain functionality of Nuage Networks/Nokia mission critical network devices and infrastructure in a lab environment

Build, configure, install PC and Linux-based systems for deployments in a lab environment

Assist Nuage staff with implementation of different test topologies and lab environment issues

Perform shipping and receiving duties, including accepting deliveries of new equipment, managing and tracking inventory, and distribution of company

Utilize the Jira ticketing system to keep track of inquires made by the staff

Utilize the GitHub platform to check-in code changes



Location: Candidate should be located in: Westford, MA

* 5+ years of experience in Data Center or Infrastructure product lab setup
* Experience in Switching/IP networking troubleshooting


* Scripting/Programming Skills in Shell a huge plus
* Excellent problem solving and communication skills,


* Strong interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills are required


* Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and to work in a fast paced, innovative environment
