Position Summary:

This position will be required for dedicated technical support of the Kronos V8 Workforce Central time and attendance systems. This position will be responsible for production support as well as involvement in projects and changes within the Corporate Applications team.

Responsibilities

* Support, administer and monitor the Kronos infrastructure, software, and timekeeper terminals (TK4500 and InTouch) health system wide.
* Maintain the myTIME/Kronos Workforce Central V8 application for Dev, Test, Disaster Recovery, Training and Production instances.
* Deployment of service packs, timekeeper terminal firmware and software version upgrades.
* Application testing for quality assurance purposes.
* Be a liaison for the team with other Information Services groups to insure that technical requirements and system best practices are being met as well as for process improvements and troubleshooting.
* Partner with business teams to develop and deploy solutions to meet organizational goals and objectives.
* Participates in projects as assigned which include needs analysis, design, implementation, configuration, testing and documentation.
* Communicates regularly with business teams on status of changes.
* Provide subject matter expertise and provide knowledge transfer to various business teams and other partners within the Information Services department.
* Create and update Information Services support documentation.

Qualifications

Academic and Professional Qualifications:

* BA or BS degree preferred and/or other relevant combination of training and experience

Experience:

* 0-2 years Industry experience preferred
* 2+ years experience working with Kronos software or equivalent time & attendance system in a technical role.
* Working knowledge of Oracle and SQL databases.
* Basic SQL programming language required.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio preferred.
* Must be able to interact effectively and professionally with internal and external customers, including all levels of management.
* Able to quickly learn and apply new technologies
* Basic understanding of payroll and HR processes, especially those related to use of Kronos or equivalent system preferred.
* General IT knowledge and experience with desktop, networking and server technologies.
* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
* Flexibility and adaptability to deal with constantly changing priorities in a complex work environment.
* Must be able to multi-task on a daily basis, manage priorities, be a self-starter, work well under pressure and maintain confidentiality of information.
* Must be team-oriented
* Industry experience preferred

Travel Requirements:

* May require local travel
* May require other travel for business needs

Working Arrangements:

* Will require after hours on call support
* Work is performed in a standard office environment with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards.
* Some remote work arrangements may be considered.
