Clearance Level (Required to Start):

* Secret with ability to obtain Top Secret

Daily Job Responsibilities:

* Identify audit and log capture parameters
* Coordinate appropriate responses for any identified infraction or violation
* Responsible for auditing all aspects of CAKMI to verify its security and authorized operation
* Manage and review/audit the event logs

Education and Experience:

* BS degree with 6-10 years of experience, including hands-on experience with data security, encryption, monitoring, access control, and incident management tools or no degree with additional years of experience
* Formal training on and experience with the Key Management Infrastructure (KMI)
* Direct involvement in cryptographic and key management programs
* Solid understanding of security, encryption, authentication, key management and applied cryptography
* Knowledge of cryptographic algorithms, protocols, implementation and standards
* Familiarity with shipping classified or confidential materials.

Desired Experience/Skills:

* ITIL3 Foundation certification.
* Familiarity with DoS environment (data and voice networks, IT security systems, policies and procedures), Foreign Affairs Handbooks (FAHs), Foreign Affairs Manuals (FAMs) preferred.
* Interpersonal skills including the ability to collaborate effectively, self-awareness, and excellent written and oral communications.
* Working experience with key storage, distribution and administration (user and machine based)
* Supporting cryptographic strategy, policies, standards and compliance procedures
* Implementing security architectures involved with authentication, authorization and cybersecurity
