Job Description

The Role

This position will have primary responsibility for maintaining our reporting and person-management application system and the related existing solutions, including the ongoing support of multi-entity development, to sustain the growing needs of each Service Center entity.

The Developer will work with multiple Service Center teams, including the Workforce Management team, Call Center Managers, Supervisors, and related Technical Support teams to establish application requirements and needs of the Service Center.

Additionally, the person in this position will:

* Design and support internal reporting and person-management applications using HTML, JavaScript, and SQL Server
* Review and implement application requirements
* Learn and follow the architecture and design subsystems
* Develop, test, and debug complex software systems
* Ongoing support of multi-entity Service Centers

This role may be located in any one of our Service Centers in Tempe AZ, Minneapolis, MN, Pittsburgh, PA, Richardson, TX, San Diego, CA or Mt Laurel, NJ

This role will become a work from home role shortly after starting for the right candidate.

The Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field


* 1 to 2 years of software development experience


* Strong experience with JavaScript, HTML, and SQL


* Knowledge of Object Oriented Programming/Design


* Excellent oral and written communication skills


* Experience developing large software applications


* Knowledge of Call Center operations and technology a plus
* Ability to effectively work on multiple projects simultaneously


* Strong analytical and problem solving skills


* Be available to work extended work hours, as necessary


* Commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
