Job Duties:

* Provide support to the design, development, and implementation and maintenance of HBS software.
* Implement performance and quality modules.
* Identify bottlenecks and bugs. Devise solutions to these problems.
* Help to maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
* Update and expand existing programs.
* Debug programs by testing for and fixing errors.
* Understand the full details of what the software is required to do, and what functions the end user needs to make the software more user-friendly.
* Designs, tests and develops software to meet the end users' needs.
* Develop a schedule for project completion and meet deadlines as assigned.
* Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications and Skills:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
* Must have at least one year of programming experience
* Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members and management in both written and verbal form.
* Strong organizational skills and project management ability
* C, Javascript, CSS, HTML

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Candidate must not require HBS to commence ("sponsor") an immigration case in order to employ candidate (H-1B or other employment-based immigration case)
