Information Specialist Help Desk (IT Help Desk) Sewell Automotive Companies

Responsibilities:

* -Handle daily support request from internal associates
* -Provide assistance for hardware and application issues
* -Properly escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support
* -Follow-up with unresolved issues
* -Maintain a positive customer experience with the IT Department

Requirements:

* -Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent experience
* -Experience in help desk environment preferred
* -Ability to multi-task with tight timeframes
* -Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
* -Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor
* -Ability to work independently
* -Strong troubleshooting ability
* -Job related experience in the following areas:

Microsoft Application Suite

Computer Peripheral management

Messaging

Antivirus

Network Technologies
