Job Description

The ideal candidate must be passionate about delivering high-quality and innovative solutions that help customers succeed, experienced in developing web-based solutions, and has demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced development environment.

Responsibilities:

* Work with Product Management to understand design and feature trade-offs
* Create functional specifications and designs
* Deliver scalable and repeatable solutions with quality, performance and within deadlines.
* Work with QA to ensure the quality of the features, including the creation and maintenance of test cases

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in a computer related field or equivalent
* 1+ years' experience in web application development or SaaS (Software as a Service)
* Hands-on coding ability in languages such as Java or PHP
* Strong SQL skills and understanding of database/data modeling concepts, experience with Oracle is a plus
* Strong analysis, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
* History of shipping high-quality, well-designed software products
* Must be a collaborative team player with good verbal and written communication skills
