Jr. Information Security Risk Analyst

Job Description

* Responsibilities
* Will be required to collect, organize, and analyze large amounts of data to find trends and make correct conclusions
* Attention to detail in collecting and documenting project requirements
* Ability to write and update scripts to collect information from multiple technologies
* Developing and implementing data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
* Work with reporting software to present complex information security issues in an easy to understand form
* Develop relationships with key stakeholders to understand security risks and enhance collected metrics
* Maintain and follow up on security exceptions that come due
* Qualifications
* Good oral and written communication skills to convey findings to management
* Familiar with O365 technologies such as PowerBI
* Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, and data mining
* Risk Analyst who is a critical thinker
* Understanding of Information Security concepts and tools is a plus
* Knowledge of and experience with databases (SQL, Oracle, etc), programming (XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks)
* Working experience as a data analyst is a plus
* Experience in selecting tools to collect and correlate data
