BROAD FUNCTION AND SCOPE OF THE POSITION:

Manage, administer Microsoft Office 365, Azure, Exchange online platform. Install, setup, and monitor network (LAN)/WAN (Wide Area Network) and Virtual Infrastructure including support and implementation of file servers and network environment at the National Office and remote locations. Support the user community through user access management, problem troubleshooting, software installation, onsite support coordination and call resolution tracking. Provide input on network strategies and investigate and recommend solutions. Perform a variety of maintenance, evaluation, installation, and training tasks to ensure LAN and Virtual infrastructure performance meets company and user requirements.

This position is more cloud focused than it is on a physical platform.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

* Administer and troubleshoot Exchange Online and Office 365 hybrid environment.
* Support email migration and archiving solutions.
* Administer Office 365 SharePoint sites and services.
* Manage system issues, problems, and incidents according to established standards and processes.
* Provide Active Directory support for users, security and distribution groups.
* Create/Delete AD network user accounts, create/delete Exchange server email accounts.
* Manage servers and security solutions, including e-mail & print services, firewall, anti-virus, and intrusion detection systems.
* Administer and maintain VMware virtual environment both in Production and DR.
* Assist with cloud base infrastructure AWS or Microsoft Azure.
* Responsible for maintaining SSL security certificate & External DNS for JDRF infrastructure.
* Responsible managing and maintaining DMZ virtual infrastructure.
* Executes implementation plans approved by the IT manager for conference rooms and all other audio/video needs and systems.
* Provides and coordinates on-site repair, reconfiguration, adjustments and replacement of audio/visual and telecommunications equipment and supplies.
* Perform all other responsibilities and projects as assigned by his/her immediate supervisor and senior management.
* Support service calls with organization's service contractors on behalf of all Chapters and the National Office.
