PROLIM Global Corporation (www.prolim.com) is currently seeking Cyber Security Level 2 for location Northville, MI for one of our top client.

Summary:

* Designing, Transitioning & maintaining operations of day-to-day CSIRT Function (Computer Security Incident Response Team).LI will be responsible for cross functional interaction with all the stakeholder while owning & driving overall deliverable of CSIRT Function.
* Conducting in-depth analyses of security incidents with the specific ability to identify Indicators of Compromise, perform intrusion scope and root cause analyses and implement triaging protocols to mitigate potential damage
* Assists with containment of threats and remediation of environment during or after an incident.
* Coordinate efforts of and provide timely updates to multiple business units during response to information security Incident.

Must Have Skills & Experience:

* Rich experiences of conducting incident handling and response efforts in large enterprise environments
* Rich experience in Incident response.
* Experience supporting incident investigations.
* Experience managing a multi-tenant SOC.
* Rich experience in classifying, escalating, analyzing and remediating incidents, adjusting/implementing triaging protocols.
* Experience in various cyber security Tools such as: SIEM, Intrusion Prevention, Endpoint Security, and Mail/Web Proxy.
* Rich experience of working in Security operation Center or part of Incident response team.

Skills: Which will Add Advantage to candidature:

* Certifications from SANS, e.g. GCWN, GPPA, GCDA, GCDT
* Other security related certificates for example: CompTIA Security+, CISSP. CEH, GCIA, GCIH or similar.

Key Responsibilites:

* Lead the design, implementation, operation and maintenance of CSIRT Function (Computer Security Incident Response Team).
* Plan, research and design robust CSIRT architectures with vision of collaborating with SOC services.
* Participate in the creation, review and update of CSIRT functionality for the organization.
* Provide or assist with implementation documentation
* Determine the most effective way to protect computers, networks, software, data and information systems against any possible attacks.
* Implement security risk analysis for current and new systems to find system weaknesses or disclosures. Recommend solutions to stakeholder to strengthen IT Cyber Security Framework within the organization. Conduct information security management reviews.
* Perform vulnerability testing, risk analyses and security assessments
* Oversee security awareness programs and educational efforts
* Respond immediately to security-related incidents and provide a thorough post-event analysis
* Update and upgrade security systems as needed
* Provide technical supervision for (and guidance to) a CSIRT Team.

Qualification:

* BA/BS degree or higher in International Relations, Security Studies, Intelligence Studies, Cyber Security, Computer Science, or related field
* CISSP Certification is plus.
* 8+ years of experience in the field of Cyber Security preferably with Fortune 500 company.
* 4+ years of experience in managing CSIRT & SOC operation for organization.
* 2+ years of experience leading high-functioning teams
* Knowledge of various operating system flavors including but not limited to Windows, Linux, Unix Knowledge of applications, databases, middleware to address security threats against the same.
* Proficient in preparation of reports, dashboards and documentation
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Experience in performing vendor management
* Ability to handle high pressure situations with key stakeholders
* Good Analytical skills, Problem solving and Interpersonal skills
* Working knowledge and experience with MS office with proficiency in Excel.
