PROLIM (www.prolim.com) is currently seeking PLM Solution Architect for location Detroit, MI for one of our top client.

Job Description:

* Required Qualification Bachelor degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent study
* Architect, design and implement complete solution for Engineering and Manufacturing BOM (Bill of Materials) with Teamcenter special applications Structure Manager, Manufacturing Process Planner, Access Manager, Work Flow designer, Organization, Report Builder, PLMXML closure rules, Server Customization using ITK, Portal customization and BMIDE
* Understanding, analyzing and improving the Mfg. processes for planning and execution in specialized systems Teamcenter and SAP Mfg. execution systems
* Designing, developing, and implementing seamless integration between Engineering Design (Teamcenter Engineering Change Management and configuration), Manufacturing planning (Teamcenter Mfg. process planning) and Mfg. execution systems (SAP PLM and SAP MES)
* Customize the PLM (Product Life Cycle Management) system with C, C++, Java, ITK and RAC API to automate and improve the business processes
* Architect, design, implement and support the major Mfg. process initiative of having Visual Work Instruction on shop with ability to view 3D with Teamcenter specialized application Electronic Work Instructions
* Architect, design, implement and support the major Mfg. process initiative of digital plant simulation for helping industrial engineers
* Member of the Teamcenter and CATIA Support Team and responsible for the planning, configuration/customization, documentation and implementation of Teamcenter
* Configure and install Teamcenter 2-tier and 4-tier for development environment
* Design and define Teamcenter Data Model based on requirements using BMIDE (Business Modular IDE)
* Design and define Teamcenter Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
* Configure and Customize Active Workspace
