Key Qualifications

* At least 2 years professional experience writing clean, high-performance Java code.
* Practical understanding of big data visualization.
* Knowledge and experience developing Java 2D applications with particular emphasis on highly interactive and scalable visualization.
* Demonstrated Java Swing and JavaFX software development experience.
* Strong software engineering skills.
* Attention to details and quality of output.

Description

We are seeking an individual with the ability to implement innovative visualizations for large scale genomic data. Maintain and improve existing applications in response to new feature requests. Collaborate closely with members of the team. You should be creative and innovative by nature, because your ideas will be heard.

Education & Experience

BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
