Java/Oracle Developer

Primary Skills

Specialized in core Java and Oracle with respect to ETL processing

Well versed with PL/SQL, XML and XSLT. Hands on experience in writing PL/SQL packages

Hands on working experience on writing Java Web services (SOAP & REST)

Web Sphere, Web Logic and real time data reporting specialist

3-4 years of experience with STRUTS 2.x Framework

3-4 years of experience with Spring Framework

Experience with caching framework such as Ehcache, Redis and Memcached

Understanding of SOA and other frameworks is an added advantage

Experience with Agile methodologies/tools such as JIRA, BitBucket, Jenkins, Artifactory, Ansible, test driven development

Experience with SDLC and working with software development teams, QA coordination, UAT coordination, etc.

Secondary Skills

Good communication skills (both written and oral)

Leadership skills and must have prior experience in working in teams of 5 or more people

Proactive and eager to learn new concepts and technologies; consistent and reliable

Agile and ability to prioritize and work on multiple priorities

Very good understanding of financial regulations
