Project Description:

* We are seeking a Java Developer in Richardson, TX.
* Must be local or willing to relocate at own expenses.
* This is a contract opportunity that does not offer sponsorship now or in the future


* Must be able to work on W2



Required Skills:

* Bachelor's degree or specialized training


* Work with offshore resources (Vendor Onsite Lead)


* Work with architecture groups to implement what is needed


* Work with a rich technology stack to build an integrated platform and redesign the pre-existing major application


* Enforce coding standards, design and perform code reviews


* Coordinate and resolve issues faced by the offshore team (Vendor Onsite Lead)


* Mentor offshore team about technical, design and business requirements. (Vendor Onsite Lead)


* Track the offshore work progress and make sure delivery of work is as per timelines and with high-quality standards


* Work independently with little guidance from others and in a team environment


* Working knowledge of custom UI development with knowledge on web development frameworks and Wireframe, Coding experience in JSP etc
