Position Summary

* Java Developer for Enterprise Document Contend and Record Services working on the Thunderhead Now product.
* Responsible for application development in a matrixed organization.
* Knowledge in all aspects of design and application development.

Required Skills

* 5 to 7 years of experience with Java Application Development
* Knowledge of ETL processes using InfoSphere Datastage
* Strong analytical skills to be able to interrupt how technology is enabling business processes.
* Ability to triage problems and determine root cause.
* Work with minimal supervision.
* Strong Communication skills (Verbal and Written)

Desired Skills

* RedHat / Linux OS Experience - filesystem, permissions & user account basics, etc.
* RDMS Understanding (Oracle, SQL)
* Javascript/HTML
* IBM Enterprise Application development tools
* Experience in SOAP and REST implementation.
